The administrator will create new sources and marks the trusted ones. It is important to activate the new source.
The administrator is responsible for creating new users in the DDH. Possible roles are: Administrator, Editor, Source Representative.
When a source representative account is created, the administrator must assign the data source to the newly created representatives of this data source.
